1. Scope
This policy explains how ClipForge Horror, an independent software project based in Argentina, handles information when you visit this public website or use a private-beta version of the product.
2. Information we handle
This website does not provide public user accounts, advertising trackers, or a contact form. Our hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security or error logs.
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include.
3. Private-beta product data
The current ClipForge Horror workflow stores project metadata and attached previews in browser storage whenever possible. If official third-party account connections are enabled, the product may process account identifiers, authorization scopes, session information, and tokens supplied through that platform's official authorization process. ClipForge Horror does not request or receive your TikTok password.
4. How information is used
Information is used only to provide requested functions, save and display creator projects, carry out creator-authorized actions, respond to messages, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
5. Third-party services
Hosting providers may process limited technical data on our behalf. If a creator chooses to connect or publish to a third-party platform, the information needed for that request is also governed by that platform's terms and privacy policy.
6. Retention and choices
Locally stored projects remain in the browser until removed or browser data is cleared. Support and security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information.
7. Children
ClipForge Horror is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the project develops. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For privacy requests, contact api@clipforgehorror.com.
