1. The service

ClipForge Horror provides tools for developing, previewing, organizing, and—where separately authorized—submitting original vertical video content to third-party platforms. The product is currently in private beta. Features may be experimental, unavailable, or dependent on third-party credentials, permissions, reviews, and services.

2. Eligibility and authority

You may use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms. If you act for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to manage any account you connect.

3. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of content you provide. You are responsible for holding all necessary rights to scripts, recordings, music, images, video, names, likenesses, and other materials you use.

4. Creator review

You must review every video and its settings before approving publication. You are responsible for accuracy, rights clearance, audience suitability, commercial disclosures, and any required synthetic- or AI-generated-content labels.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use ClipForge Horror to violate law, rights, or platform rules; publish unauthorized content; scrape feeds; automate browsing; copy or download third-party videos; manipulate engagement; spam; impersonate deceptively; evade safeguards or limits; distribute malware; or create unlawful threats or exploitative material.

6. Third-party platforms

TikTok and other platforms are independent from ClipForge Horror. Their terms, reviews, permissions, restrictions, and technical availability apply separately. ClipForge Horror cannot guarantee API approval, publication, reach, views, followers, revenue, or continued availability of an integration.

7. Availability and disclaimer

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as it develops. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, suitability, platform approval, publication, or performance.

8. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClipForge Horror is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of locally stored content, third-party decisions, account restrictions, or unavailable integrations. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Argentina, without limiting consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
